End-User License Agreement
VERY IMPORTANT: This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you, as a user of our plugin(s), and SIGMAPLUGIN. By purchasing and/or downloading, and/or using any of our Plugins, you are agreeing that you have read and agree to our terms.
1) GRANT OF LICENSE
(a) Free Version
If you are using our Free Version Plugin, you are then authorized to make copies of it as you wish. You can also distribute exact copies of the free versions to anyone. You are not allowed to charge any distribution fee for the copy and you are not allowed to resell our free plugin(s). Free versions contain a watermark that links to our home page, you are not allowed to delete/hide that watermark.
(b) Premium Version:
You will receive a purchase receipt containing all information you need after purchasing the Premium Version of one of our Plugins. You are allowed to install the Plugin only on the number of websites corresponding to the license you purchased. You are not allowed to redistribute, modify, or resell the Plugin in any way without the written permission of SIGMAPLUGIN. You may not rent, lease, or lend the Plugin to anyone. Moreover, you may not use the PLUGIN (in whole or in part) with any plugin/application that competes with products of SIGMAPLUGIN.
We offer three types of Premium Versions:
Standard: You can install the Plugin only on one website. You get lifetime support and updates.
Multiple: You can install the Plugin only on the number of website(s) corresponding to the license you purchased. You get lifetime support and updates.
Unlimited: You can install the plugin on unlimited websites. You get lifetime support and updates.
In all the three types of Premium Versions we provide above, you are not allowed to resell our plugins to any third-party.
2) MEMBERSHIP
After purchasing the Premium Version, you will receive a purchase receipt containing all the information you need in order to download and activate your license. You must keep your information secret. You are not allowed to distribute, give away, lend, or resell this information. We do not create any accounts for users from our side. We do reserve the right to monitor your license activities and take any necessary action in case of any violation of our terms.
You will be able to update the plugin in your WordPress dashboard simply by entering your license key and registering the domain with it (the Plugin).
3) TERMINATION
In case of any violation of the EULA terms, SIGMAPLUGIN has the right to terminate this contract. In such a case, you must dispose of any copy of the Plugin.
4) REFUND POLICY
We support and stand behind our plugins 100%, however we understand that it cannot work as expected for everyone all of the time. That is why we will be very happy to refund any unsatisfied customer within 30 days of the original purchase.
Below you find a couple of points:
- We will be happy if you allow us to try to solve any problem related to our plugins before asking for a refund. We are glad to support all our customers. If you have any technical queries, do not hesitate to contact us.
- Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days no refunds can be processed.
- Customers can request a refund if only the plugin doesn’t work as expected in their environments. In other words, refunds will not be granted if a customer simply decides – without any reason – not to use the purchased plugin.
- After a refund, your license key will be automatically disabled. Moreover, you agree to remove the concerned plugin(s) from your website/devices.
- You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase.
- For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your account.
- To submit a refund request, please contact us.
5) COPYRIGHT
The Plugin is owned by SIGMAPLUGIN. The Plugin is not sold to you; it is only licensed for personal use according to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
6) LIMITED WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL THE AUTHOR or AUTHORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN US, SUPERSEDING ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS LICENSE.
7) PRIVACY POLICY
Any information that you provide us is used strictly to process and fulfill your purchase and/or for internal analytical purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We only share information for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy, and we will not sell or redistribute any of your information to any third party.
We use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your information from unauthorized disclosure.
We may use the information from your order to process your purchase, provide a refund, provide customer service, improve or customize our products and services or fulfill applicable financial, tax, legal, or compliance requirements.

8) LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
Our website may include links to other websites that you might be interested in. However, once you leave our website, we are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information that you provide these websites with, since we have no control over them. It is up to you to be careful in every step you take outside our website.
9) COOKIE POLICY
Cookies are small pieces of information websites can store in your browser. We do use cookies to improve your experience by enabling our website to ‘remember’ you and your information such as “cart information”. Most websites that you visit use Cookies. This agreement may be updated without any prior notice. Hence, you should come back to this page now and then to check if there are any changes.
