- We will be happy if you allow us to try to solve any problem related to our plugins before asking for a refund. We are glad to support all our customers. If you have any technical queries, do not hesitate to contact us.
- Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days no refunds can be processed.
- Customers can request a refund if only the plugin doesn’t work as expected in their environments. In other words, refunds will not be granted if a customer simply decides – without any reason – not to use the purchased plugin.
- After a refund, your license key will be automatically disabled. Moreover, you agree to remove the concerned plugin(s) from your website.
- You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase.
- For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your account.
