✔ One-time purchases
✔ Annual subscriptions (within the first 30 days)
4. What Is Not Covered
To prevent abuse of the refund policy:
❌ Refunds are not provided for:
- The purchase was made more than 30 days ago
- A subscription renewal if the customer did not cancel before the renewal date (renewal reminder emails are sent in advance)

5. Canceling Renewals
